Smart-home fixes, step by step.

Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Troubliq is committed to making its smart-home troubleshooting guidance usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

What we aim to provide

  • Clear headings and logical reading order.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls.
  • Readable contrast, scalable text and mobile-friendly layouts.
  • Meaningful alternative text for informative images.
  • Descriptive links and plain-language instructions.
  • Forms with understandable labels, instructions and error messages.

Standards and ongoing work

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably possible. Accessibility is an ongoing process: new pages, plugins, browser changes and third-party services can introduce barriers, so we review and improve the site over time.

Report an accessibility problem

If you cannot access information or complete an action on Troubliq, please use our contact page. Tell us which page or feature caused the problem, what device or assistive technology you were using, and the format or solution that would help. Do not include passwords, security codes or other sensitive information.

We will review accessibility reports and make reasonable efforts to provide the information another way while we investigate.
